JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US based house cleaning company looking for a full time, home based customer support agent to work with our customer support and sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

Confirm all appointments, schedule and assign to cleaners and re-assign non committed customers to other days.
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls
Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger or Upgrade to see actual info.
Provide service quotes and conduct follow ups with the leads.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives)

This is a part time position, that can grow into a full time position. You need to have excellent English skills.

Work hours are Thursdays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Fridays 10am - 4pm and Saturdays 8 am - 6pm EST.
$3.50 an hour to start, with raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months.

If accepted, you will be provided with training to help learn our confirmation system, scheduling system, how to handle customer inquiries, complaints and quotes.
