Job Description

The mission of the Media Content Specialist role is to increase the company's growth by managing, deploying and maintaining content for our websites and our clients' websites. Specifically this role is suited for someone experienced working with Wordpress (Blogs), Web Sites, Social Media (For Posting Content) and familiarity with software tools like AI (Chat GPT, and other tools). You must have experience maintaining, updating and modifing wordpress based blogs (you do not need to modify websites, but the ability to login to wordpress, and use our tools to create content is at the core of this role).
Here is what success looks like in this role:

- Ability to write and read at an advanced level in English, your ability to proof read our AI generated content is crucial (you will not necessarily have to write the content, but you will need to edit/modify our content that is generated and understand if it makes sense or not).
- ability to edit photos (We will provide Canva access, but also Adobe if you wish). Minor edits include "adding TEXT to an image"
- ability to copy/paste and create content (utilizing our own AI content generator, along with existing articles/content) to post on our social media channels
- experience using and posting/managing on all major social media
- ability to create / open youtube, youtube shorts,
- create basic image/about-us/messaging on each of the social channels for each brand
- experience related to any video posting, creation, and/or editing. Basically we have a full-automated AI system, you will have a web interface to use it, no software needed. But simple concepts like cut/paste music, or audio, or images is a plus if you have experience so be sure to mention it!
- SEO experience and understanding - ability to enter text into specific fields of an SEO plugin.
- Ability to communicate partially (at least part of your shift) during EST (-5 GMT) business hours.
Things you will need:

- good consistent work hours (40 hours a week!) - NOTE we use time tracking software to make sure you get paid for your time!
- good internet that is reliable to be online those 40 hours!
- Access to a reliable computer, with chrome web browser, (We will provide all microsoft tools and software as part of Microsoft 365
Please be aware, assuming you want a 40 hour schedule, that schedule will need to partially include 9am to 5pm based on EST time zone (New York, USA),
and you will be expected to communicate via Microsoft Teams during those hours with the rest of our team.
Additionally, NOT required, but please tell us about yourself if you do have such experience:

Ability to answer phone calls in English is a plus - please let me know if you have ability for this.
Experience with Wordpress - theme systems like Elementor or Divi are in use on all websites we use.
Experience with Web Hosting (ftp, file permissions, database imports, troubleshooting server logs, etc)

Experience with SEMRUSH, AHREFS, or other for SEO keyword analysis tools (or other similar ranking experience)
Experience at all with "Rank and Rent" concept web sites (Sites which are lead generation for many different niches)

Experience with Wordpress (Editing existing pages, any experience with plugins like WooCommererce, AllinOne SEO, please let me know)
Experience with Video Editing (Camtasia? Canva, Adobe? or other software?)
