**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Elementor Web Developer with a strong focus on web development and technical proficiency. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to create visually stunning and highly functional websites using Elementor.

Think of it as Elementor UI/UX + building websites from templates, and then giving them a custom look and feel.

As the company grows, this role will transition into a managerial position (with a large increase in compensation), where you will have the opportunity to lead a team of developers and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Absolutely nothing would make me happier than having a highly paid VA who takes care of 90% of the business for me.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Put finishing touches on websites to ensure 100% functionality. We hire a lot of contractors from fiverr but the quality of work for them is almost never complete. Currently, I'm fixing these issues. This role would seek to fill in those gaps from the contractors with things like margins, button functionality, integrating plugins, etc. The difference between a good site and a great one is in the details!
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain websites using Elementor, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Build websites from templates using Elementor.
- Write and edit website copy and content that effectively communicates the client's message.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for websites as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development and design trends.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Elementor and WordPress web development.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
