**Your Role:**
As our Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to inform our firm's strategic and operational decisions. You'll be the backbone of our data analysis, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in reporting and data management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect and compile data from different internal reports and sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, derive insights, and create reports for various timeframes: daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually.
- Manage and update the firm's data dashboards, maintaining current and relevant data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and reports.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, especially in complex data environments.
- Expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
