Project Planning and Management for Manufacturing

We are looking to hire a full-time project planner/manager to lead our projects to success. The projects that you would manage would focused around machine building.

This role will largely entail watching parts inventory levels and making sure that parts are either in inventory or on order when needed, and keeping the data in our ERP system accurate and up to date.



Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, plan, and manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Deliver every project on time, within budget and scope.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Salary for this is negotiable and based on experience.
