We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist focused on Billing, Eligibility, and Insurance liaison. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, operating within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

- Willingness to undergo training in Billing, Eligibility, and working with insurance processes.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be handling billing and eligibility inquiries from our clients, while also serving as a liaison with insurance companies. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate billing information, addressing eligibility-related concerns, and navigating insurance processes. This position involves effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and resolving inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities Include:

- Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, and insurance matters.
- Assisting clients in understanding billing statements, eligibility requirements, and insurance coverage.
- Collaborating with internal teams and insurance providers to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and insurance claims.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a barely noticeable Filipino accent.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, including working with insurance companies.
- Ability to work efficiently within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous but not required.
