Job Description
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Social Media Managers to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.
Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.
Daily Responsibilities:
Utilize social media advertising, content marketing, and other digital strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Make phone calls to leads to set appointments with the client.
Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to
Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
Social media management and engagement. Update all
Generating infographics and video content ideas.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging in proactive communication through outbound calls is essential.
Requirements
Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Social media management and/or marketing experience
Photo and video editing and graphic design experience
Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
Must be willing to do outbound calls
Transaction coordination experience (not required)
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
