Marketing Manager
Job Description Summary: Accseller8 is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager with expertise in the GoHighLevel platform to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive our & client success. The role requires delivering amazing results from paid ads, creating impactful marketing funnels, landing pages, and social media campaigns that align with our commitment to boosting small businesses’ sales and online presence.
Detailed Tasks:
• Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and implement marketing strategies utilizing GoHighLevel’s suite of tools.
• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
• Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing using GoHighLevel’s automation and CRM tools, aiming to convert leads into customers – both for Accseller8 and clients
• Paid Ads Expertise – bringing best in class track record of generating leads and sales from paid ads (Google, YouTube, Facebook etc)
• Funnel Design and Optimization: Construct and refine marketing funnels that nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Landing Page Creation: Develop high-converting landing pages tailored to campaign goals and target audiences.
• Website Development: Creation of engaging, user-friendly websites that reflect clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives.
• Social Media Campaign Management: Plan and execute compelling social media campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaboration with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to inform strategy adjustments and campaign improvements.
• Content Marketing Oversight: Guide the content creation process to ensure it aligns with funnel strategies and communicates the brand's message effectively.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in collaborative efforts to achieve cohesive marketing objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into marketing initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met and exceeded, enhance engagement, and improve customer loyalty.
• SEO and Digital Marketing: Implement and oversee SEO strategies and digital marketing efforts, including social media, PPC, and email marketing, through GoHighLevel.
• Brand Development and Positioning: Use GoHighLevel to enhance brand development and positioning in the market.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Training and Team Leadership: Lead and train the marketing team in using GoHighLevel effectively; stay updated on new features and updates to the platform.
• Customer Feedback and Adaptation: Collect and analyze customer feedback, adapting marketing strategies to better meet customer needs and preferences.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, and follow industry best practices
• Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously seek innovative marketing approaches and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

• Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful measurable campaigns.
• GoHighLevel Proficiency: Deep understanding of GoHighLevel’s capabilities for marketing automation. 2 years experience ideally.
• Creative Strategy: Ability to craft creative strategies that resonate with various audiences and drive engagement.
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable with the technical aspects of marketing tools and platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
