POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for sales support and administrative functions in order to increase sales efficiency and productivity. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that the priorities and objectives of the sales team are being supported. This individual will guide sales strategy by using data, processes, and tools to drive repeatable, scalable, and predictable processes.

The Sales Operations Coordinator will develop our internal systems, lead change in procedures, and provide operational insights and analytics.

This position is 100% remote.

OBJECTIVES
* Collaborates with the Sales team to plan, deliver, manage, and constantly train new hires
* Collaborates across various departments to provide the most comprehensive & consumable information as needed
* Creating training materials on new products, services, and procedures.
* Manages deal status in CRM for the Sales department
* Defines, tracks, and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness
* Actively alerts department leaders on any decrease in metrics
* Develop and implement new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales
* Conducts periodic audits on the CRM to ensure the Sales department is calling their assigned leads and following procedure to maintain organization in the system as well as every account is receiving the proper support
* Update, review, and provide daily stats to Sales leadership
* Run relevant reports & graphs from HubSpot CRM system
* Work with Sales leadership to organize and share department goals
* Partner with our Sales & Marketing leadership to deliver ad-hoc reporting and Sales Team

COMPETENCIES
* Ability to communicate consistent metric updates to department leaders
* Ability to develop and implement new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for the sales team
* Ability to report and analyze sales data
* Demonstrates understanding of the sales process
* Ability to identify and accurately document sales processes, while showing visually how they relate so that sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers can understand them, use them, and be held accountable to fulfilling them
* Must have the ability to deal with different personalities, cooperate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and work under pressure
* Proficient with project management software (e.g., Asana)
* Proficient with process flow software (e.g., LUpgrade to see actual info)
* Can deliver sales presentations to include targets and effective training of sales and non-sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
* Ability to leverage HubSpot CRM to pull sales reports and customer data

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years experience in a sales environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
