Real Estate Marketing Operations Marketing Manager

Job Description
We are looking for experienced Real Estate Social Media Managers to plan, create, and implement social media and marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents, as well as assist with various administrative tasks.


Real Estate experience is preferred, but not required.


Daily Responsibilities:

Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
Conduct comprehensive SEO keyword research to identify high-potential keywords related to real estate, property types, and locations.
Paid social media ad management and optimization.
Optimize property listings, web pages, and blog posts for search engines, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content.
Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital posters, listing presentations, etc.).
Social media management and engagement. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers.
Video editing for Reels.
Generating infographics and video content ideas.
Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Managing Zillow leads and email campaigns.
Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over LinkedIn with templated outreach.


Requirements
Graduated with a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree
Social media management and/or marketing experience
SEO, paid advertising, and Google Business Page experience
Photo and video editing experience, graphic design experience
Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
Transaction coordination experience (not required)
