JOB OVERVIEW

Hello there Outstanding VA’s.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and building positive relationships with them.

Oh, and did we mention? This job is 100% remote!

As the successful candidate, you get to :
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and platforms, ensuring they have a clear understanding and are able to utilize them effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and conflicts with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide a personalized, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
