Customer Service Rep with KLARNA disputes experience

We have multiple dropshipping (shopify) stores, and we are shipping from China. We are looking for for an experiences cs rep who has experience in this field of customer service

You will be responsible for:
- Answering e-mails
- Solve disputes
- Contact with supplier.
- Data entry trough google sheets.


Requirements:
- Experience with customer service within e-commerce (dropshipping from China)
- Knowledge of Shopify and gmail.
- Experience with solving Klarna and paypal disputes.
- Thinking in terms of solutions.
- You are organized
- You are an fast learner
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and come with new ideas.
- You speak and write English fluently
- Willing to work from Monday to Sunday, currently about 7 hours per day
- You can work fast but accurate
