Graphic Design Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Tasks
Product Branding and Marketing Designing: Create visually compelling and effective product posting or listing images that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Designing Marketing Materials: Translate marketing and branding strategies into visually appealing designs that resonate with our target audience
Product Infographics: Create engaging and informative infographics to enhance engagements.
Product Lifestyle Image Manipulation: Create lifestyle images using smooth photo manipulations.
3D Rendering: Utilize your skills in 3D rendering to add depth and dimension to our products.

Team Management
Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and lead your subordinates to foster their growth and development.
Quality Control: Maintain a vigilant eye on the quality of all team outputs, ensuring exceptional standards.
KPI Management: Establish and oversee key performance indicators for the team to track progress and meet targets.
Meetings: Facilitate internal meetings to foster collaboration and ensure the team is aligned.


Qualifications and Requirements:
More than 3 years of Experience in Graphic Designing
More than 2 years of Leadership/Management Experience
A strong portfolio is a MUST
Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Etc.).
Understanding of branding principles and the ability to integrate them into design work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.

Advantages but not required:
Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing trends is a plus.
Experience in Amazon and Ecommerce Product Listing is a plus
Experience in Web Designing is plus
Experience in Social Media Postings and Marketing Materials is a plus

PC Requirements:

Processor: At least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 for handling high-resolution images and design tools.
Memory: , 16GB , especially for handling large image files.
Storage: At least 512GB SSD, as POD designers may need to store a large number of high-resolution images and design files.
Graphics Card: High-performance dedicated graphics card, such as NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 or better, for graphic processing.
Display: High-resolution (e.g., 4K) display for accuracy in design and color calibration.
