1. **Content Creation**: Proficiency in creating engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos. This involves creativity and an understanding of what resonates with the target audience.
2. **Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze and interpret data from social media platforms to understand audience behavior and preferences. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., is essential.
3. **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the visibility of content in search engines.
4. **Social Media Platforms Proficiency**: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and how to use them effectively for different types of content and audiences.
5. **Graphic Design Skills**: Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software to create visually appealing posts.
6. **Video Editing**: Competence in video editing for creating short videos or clips, which are highly engaging on social media platforms.
7. **Community Management**: Skills in managing and engaging with the community, responding to comments, and moderating discussions.
8. **Paid Social Media Advertising**: Understanding of social media advertising platforms and how to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns.
9. **Copywriting**: Strong writing skills for creating compelling and grammatically correct posts.
10. **Trend Awareness**: Keeping up with the latest social media trends, Upgrade to see actual infos, and viral content to remain relevant and engaging.
11. **Strategic Planning**: Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals.

You will be mainly responsible for the launch of our youtube channel
You will be going through pics and video creating reels that can be used accross platforms
You will manage our website and all branding related to the company from social media to monthly newsletter
