The Role

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for Quality Assurance of the work undertaken by our Customer Service and Accounts teams who are also based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

Quality checking customer orders: Inspecting the quality and accuracy of orders processed for customers and ensuring this matches with that the customer has requested and all correct information captured.
Quality checking customer invoices: Inspecting and ensuring accuracy of invoices prepared for customers and accurate and submitting to the customer.
Constantly providing feedback to customer service and account teams on any issues or errors picked up on.
Comfortable in using technology and working effectively. This is a role where on days volume can be high, so you must be comfortable in working under pressure.
Assisting with other admin tasks to support the team when needed

Minimum requirements

The successful candidate must have:

A minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with ensuring quality of administration and accounts related items.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Very strong attention to detail
Experience with Xero accounting or other accounting software
Familiarity with basic applications and software, including Google Documents, Google Sheets. Experience with Microsoft Office applications instead of Google applications is also sufficient
Prior experience with catering or food related businesses is preferred but is not essential as extensive training will be provided.

The types of events we cater for can range from small internal company meetings, to large events and functions, to staff meals. These include a range of industries from local offices, to feeding warehouse teams, providing catering for film studios, to schools, universities and hospitals.

What’s on offer

40,000 to 45,000 PHP per month.
