Influencer Community Specialist

Job Description:
We're seeking a creative and driven Influencer Community Specialist to join our marketing Upgrade to see actual info this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our brand's reach and influence by identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships with likeminded brands, influencers and content creators. You'll coordinate Paid-to-Post (PTP) campaigns, engage in proactive organic influencer community outreach and communication, and track special occasions and events relevant to our brand's participation and promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with influencers and content creators that align with our brand values and goals.
PTP Coordination: Manage all aspects of our Paid-to-Post campaigns, including negotiation, coordination, and Upgrade to see actual infomunity Outreach: Engage with the influencer community through various channels to build strong relationships and foster a positive brand image.
Event Tracking: Keep abreast of special occasions, beauty events, and trends to leverage timely and relevant influencer collaborations.
Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that connect our influencers to our brands and support our influencers
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
