Job Description:

Decozen is looking for a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our Etsy store.
This role requires working during US business hours (EST) and is suitable for those who are prepared to adjust their daily routines to accommodate a night shift schedule in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize our Etsy store, ensuring strict adherence to platform guidelines.
* Take charge of advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
* Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to effectively analyze the competition.
* Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and SEO enhancements tailored for Etsy.
* Ensure high-quality images and videos for product listings, aligning with Etsy's guidelines.
* Efficiently handle customer interactions and streamline order processing.

Mandatory Requirements:

* Age: 26 - 35 years.
* Proven track record in successfully managing an Etsy store.
* Proficiency in Erank , ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings, WhatsApp, Dropbox, and Canva.
* Familiarity with Vela Software is a valuable asset.
* Technical skills in product creation with variations, personalized item management on Etsy, and keyword optimization.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel, encompassing formula usage and VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
* Possesses a creative and analytical mindset, showcasing excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong time management skills, meeting deadlines consistently.
* Displays a keen interest in learning and applying new technology to enhance customer engagement.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ready to commence work immediately and commit to full-time availability during US (EST) time zone hours.

Technical Skills:

* Proven success in managing an Etsy store.
* Proficient in creating products with variations and handling personalized items on Etsy.
* A deep understanding of keywords, running ads, and executing successful promotional campaigns.

Soft Skills:

* Exhibits a positive 'Can-Do' attitude, demonstrating a strong ability to overcome challenges and collaborate effectively.
* Maintains composure and performs effectively under pressure.
* A heightened sense of watchfulness while working, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.

Other Requirements:

*. Clean organized and well lit room for work.
*. A dedicated workstation, preferably equipped with a desktop and dual screens, situated in a quiet work environment.
*. A good quality headphone or speaker and mic.
*. A reliable computer , preferably with multiple screens and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
*. Preparedness for potential power outages and internet disruptions with backup solutions in place.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Holidays observed following the US holiday calendar.
