Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to determine the vision for each video project.
- Edit and assemble video footage, ensuring cohesive storytelling with audio integration.
- Design and create engaging titles and motion graphics.
- Perform color grading and image formatting for video content.
- Insert audio tracks, dialogues, and special effects to enhance the final product.
- Maintain a smooth flow and logical sequence in all video projects.
- Keep abreast of and apply new editing technologies and industry best practices.
- Handle all facets of audio work, including recording, editing, mixing, and finalizing.
- Focus on enhancing sound quality and dynamics.
- Use and develop templates for efficiency, and manage a tracking system for project accountability.
- Establish efficient standard procedures for all work processes.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Film/Video and Audio Editing or a related field.
- Expertise in video and audio editing software (Final Cut, Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audacity).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet various deadlines.
- Demonstrated creative skills in videography and audio work.
- Experience with diverse audio/video editing tasks.
- Proficient in conceptualizing and creating visual plans for projects.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective team collaboration and project comprehension.
- Proven ability to work effectively with other creative professionals.

Additional Requirements:
- Strong creative flair and originality.
- Availability during part of the working hours in US Eastern Time on weekdays.
- Capable of executing minor design tasks.
- A positive and collaborative attitude is essential.
