Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Cold Caller and Lead Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential sellers, and managing the lead-generation process. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Follow a script and engage in persuasive communication to generate interest.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track lead interactions, and update the CRM system accordingly.
Nurture relationships with potential leads by providing information and answering their queries.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads.
Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate interest and secure appointments.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage leads.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally.
