Marketing Specialist & Video Editor

Hello there, I'm looking for a marketing specialist with at least 3 years experience with the below duties in real estate. This position will eventually go full-time with increased duties.

DUTIES:
* Will help me strategize a marketing plan to increase more business through digital, email, and direct mail marketing.
- Prospecting through sending emails & postcards (I already have templates I use)
* Manage 2 social media accounts & INCREASE EXPOSURE & FOLLOWERS.
- Content & post on social media, i.e. Just Listed, Pending, Sold, Neighborhood places of interests
- Email blast to prospects with added value info weekly
- Rental property advertising
* Build my reputation as a real estate expert and increase social media presence.
- monthly blog content writing then to 2x/month
- monthly email of market data to prospects (My platform can pull market data.)
* Will assist with the real estate listing process by following a work flow chart.
- prepare listing presentation, making appointments, email correspondence, and marketing to-dos.
* Daily summary of what was accomplished via email or another platform

VERY IMPORTANT:
* Experience in real estate marketing preferred
* Intelligent & can learn quickly with a positive attitude
* Honesty and Integrity in your work
* Must have access to iPhone msg or WhatsApp
* Must work at least 5 hours California Pacific Standard Time to start to eventually increase to 8 hours/day.

I OFFER:
- Paid 2-Week Training at 60% of regular pay. Work to start in January 2024.
- 6-Month Salary Increase based on Excellent Performance. Otherwise, yearly salary increase.
