Financial Analyst

We are in search of a qualified financial analyst that is familiar with UK GAAP standards and various financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow/income statements, and management accounts.

Preferably experienced in financial analysis in relation to M&A with the necessary qualifications, qualified accountant preferred.

You will be required to undertake various duties including but not limited to:

- Reviewing of financial documents.
- Production of cash flow forecasts.
- Valuation of businesses based on the provided financial statements.

What you bring:

- The ability to communicate both verbally and in written form with proficiency in written English.
- Be able to speak fluent English and be fully conversant.
- Reliability.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Be assertive in establishing any element of your work that is not understood.
- You must also be proficient in Microsoft Upgrade to see actual infoitially we would require you to have availability for 5-10 hours per week with the view for this to rise.
