Seeking an amazing website developer to help optimize our WordPress site, help with Split Testing and troubleshooting any issues we may have.

With our online financial startup growing so quickly. the amount of daily tasks & projects has me starting to go gray at only 28!

We've built a site that has been stitched together with Elementor, a generous amount of plugins (maybe too many) and a dash of ChatGPT (hah!). It's not bad, but let's be real - we're looking for World-Class.

Our mobile performance is sitting at a 27, which is NOT impressive.

I'm DECENT at building using Wordpress / Elementor, but it takes me WAY too long to do anything and we like to move quickly.

Weekly Responsibilities:

- Implementing split tests based on the marketing teams suggestions (we are ALWAYS split testing and move quickly, so we will make slight adjustments to the site multiple times/week most likely.
- Troubleshooting Coding Issues
- Optimizing Speed & Performance of Both Mobile & Desktop
- Updating Plugins
- Getting Rid of Plugins we don't need
- Any other WordPress related tasks.

Experience in the following would be awesome:

- Wordpress
- Elementor
- Optimizing Web Performance
- CSS / HTML

This PART TIME role starts at 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours and responsibilities depending on what we're split testing & your openness to additional admin tasks.
