Content, Copy and Research Specialist (Vacation rental Industry)

We are a United States vacation rental management company that is expanding our customer base and our digital footprint. We have grown 200% over the last year and continue to grow at a rapid pace. We are in need of a integral individual who has an ability and love to learn and a can do attitude. We are looking for a full time individual with the hope of a long prosperous relationship.

The job will require good English writing skills, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for writing content and copy for vacation rentals on Airbnb & VRBO Listings and setting up listings in our software (we will train you and provide examples). The position will be research focused position on what the market is doing and what competitors are doing, from a content and pricing perspective. This person will be logging into software and running reports and providing statistics from the various platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO & Google Upgrade to see actual info the Subject application put the VacationVA

There will be video trainings or examples given for tasks where the individual needs guidance outside of the content & copy areas.

Job Duties
• Writing new listings, modifying titles and copy of existing listings
• Uploading pictures – writing descriptions
• Rotating & optimizing photos with
• Writing emails for email campaigns
• Follow up with guests that stay at our properties through text for rebooking's
• Tracking effectiveness of changes by gathering key data points, impressions, clicks, conversions on the various platforms,
google analytics, Airbnb & VRBO.
• Revenue Research, look at what other listing in the area are charging for specific dates.
• Follow up with guests after bookings, via text, and try to get rebooking.
• Potentially in the future writing Facebook or X posts but this will not be in the immediate
• Gathering data for monthly Upgrade to see actual infoputting listing data into software
• Other Duties as assigned.
