Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Account Manager and Director of Operations to understand client objectives and devise compelling advertising campaigns.
Create, set, and optimize
Craft engaging copy and eye-catching graphics that reflect the brand voice and appeal to target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and propose data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Monitor ad budgets, ensuring the most efficient spend while achieving desired key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare and present performance reports, offering clear insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with monthly budgets under USD 1,000.
Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, and campaign analytics.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful social media advertising campaigns.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative
Initial commitment of 5-10 hours per week, with the expectation to grow into 20-25 hours per week over the next three months.
As we venture into 2024, there's further potential for the role to expand to over 30 hours per week.
