Team Leader - Short Term Rental Operations (Airbnb, VRBO, Etc)

Role Overview:
Join Techvestor an operations lead, working directly under the Head of Operational Infrastructure.
As we grow, we're seeking a senior team lead, a pivotal leadership role, to steer our Controller's team (like dispatch), oversee team leads, and the broader team/contractors. This position requires an individual with a strategic mindset, adept in both traditional and cutting-edge operational practices, particularly within the short term rental and hospitality sector.

Our controllers team is responsible for coordinating all jobs related to the daily operations of our homes, from cleanings, maintenance, guest calls, and any other thing that could pop up throughout the day that falls under property management (including invoice processing w/ finance team). This is a solution focused team who works separately from our Guest Experience team, so there is minimal communication with actual Upgrade to see actual info is very communication heavy with vendors and our local teams who takes care of our needs every day.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the controller's team, manage team leads, and provide direction to ensure operational excellence across all verticals.
Data Management: Mastery in handling and analyzing confidential data using Excel, Google Sheets, and other software platforms.
Training & Development: Develop and deploy advanced training modules, SOPs, and presentations to foster team growth and knowledge.
Financial Oversight: Ensure accuracy in financial figures, manage budget allocations, and oversee daily financial Upgrade to see actual infomunication: Lead email communications, ensuring timely responses while collaborating with various organizational teams.
Operational Efficiency: Harness the power of automation for tasks, and stay abreast of the latest in technology to enhance operations.
HR & Team Management: Maintain meticulous employee files, assist in the hiring process, and ensure continuous team development.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with all vendors we work with.
Budget Goals: Understand the need and importance of operating at a high level within set budgets and how to strategically meet expectations in both quality and spending habits.

Key Qualifications:
Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality sector, especially with short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb).
Demonstrated ability in financial management, training development, and team leadership.
Proficiency in software platforms such as G-Suite, Slack, Confluence/Jira, Breezeway, Hospitable, Open Phone, Ramp, Asana, etc.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proven capability in leveraging technology for operational efficiency.
Based in the Philippines with substantial experience in senior managerial roles.
Software Proficiency:
Comprehensive knowledge in G-Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, etc), Excel, Slack, Confluence/Jira, Breezeway, Hospitable, Open Phone, Ramp, and Asana.
Familiarity with other tech platforms will be considered a significant plus.
