JOB OVERVIEW

Brandout Social is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Assistant to support our Facebook and Google Ad Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our online advertising campaigns on these platforms. As a remote assistant, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing essential support to ensure our ad campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Setup:
Assist in creating and setting up Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
Ensure proper targeting, ad formats, and campaign structures are implemented.

Ad Creative Management:
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are ready and aligned with campaign goals.
Upload and organize ad creatives within the ad platforms.

Budget Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly ad budgets.
Report any discrepancies or issues related to ad spend promptly.

Ad Performance Tracking:
Regularly review campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance data.

A/B Testing:
Assist in conducting A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting parameters.
Record and report on the results of A/B tests.

Ad Scheduling:
Manage ad scheduling to ensure ads are displayed at the most effective times.
Implement ad schedule adjustments as needed.

Reporting:
Generate and maintain reports on ad performance.
Summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) for review by the marketing Upgrade to see actual infomunication:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with broader marketing Upgrade to see actual infomunicate any issues, opportunities, or challenges related to ad campaigns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Previous experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is required.
Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
A passion for digital marketing and staying updated on industry trends.
This is a remote position, so you must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate campaign monitoring and optimization needs.
