Position Title: Virtual Support Professional
Employment Type: Full-time work from home
Salary: Up to 35K
Schedule: EST time zone

Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive virtual support to clients with special needs, focusing on enhancing their conversation skills and overall well-being. This role involves close collaboration with parents, and/or champions to ensure the holistic development of each client.

Job Description:
Conduct weekly and on-demand virtual coaching sessions for clients with special needs.
Responsible for completing up to 8 hours of group instruction per month
Document session outcomes and observations in case management software.
Provide regular video call and email updates to parents and/or champions.
Follow a structured training curriculum to deliver consistent and effective coaching.
Offer emotional support to clients, helping them improve their conversation Upgrade to see actual infonding of daily/weekly reports

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, Occupational Therapy, or any related field.
Previous experience working with adults or adolescents with disabilities; BPO experience is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
Proficient in Google Suite and search engine navigation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Reliable high-speed internet and webcam/headset access.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong time management and emotional intelligence skills.
