Virtual Accountant - Australian family company

We are seeking an experienced Virtual accountant for an immediate start. As Lifewood's Accountant you will work closely with the Company accountant to deliver consistent financial results. Driving financial performance by producing financial reports, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. to deliver financial results.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
-End of month GL reconciliations
-Maintaining company assets
-Invoicing of jobs
-Accounts receivable
-Accounts payable
-Cross reference PO’s with invoices from Contractors
-International payments
-Supporting the Production team with entering stock takes
-Receiving goods and returns into stock with correct administration procedure
-Ad Hoc requests from the Company accountant
-Online and offline files administration and document control
-Assisting the Production team to send out payment instructions to customers and chasing payments
-Accurately entering all data and paperwork for completed and ongoing jobs
-Accurate upkeep of all job administration - including stock management, extras and returns (completion forms, site inspections, variations)
-Assisting with maintaining intercompany transactions

To be successful in this role you will have:
Good moral character
-Recognised Accounting qualification
-Aptitude to review and improve systems
-Ability to work in a faced pace environment.
-2 years + experience in a similar role.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm Philippines time zone, Monday - Friday.
