NexGenAI is a forward-thinking marketing agency harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to deliver an array of services to companies. Our diverse divisions span from consulting to recruitment, ensuring that we cater to a wide spectrum of business needs.

Currently, we've chosen GHL as our primary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. To optimize its utilization, we are in search of a proficient GHL expert capable of not only setting it up but also providing guidance tailored to our customers specific requirements. We're seeking someone with extensive experience who can swiftly grasp our needs and propose effective solutions for our customers using a SAAS model as well as Managed Services.

Our ideal candidate won't just configure the system to suit our customers need but also help them manage their systems on a daily basis

External Projects:

In addition to our internal operations, we will offer SAAS and Managed Services to external customers (usually smalll and medium businesses). They will need onboarding onto our GHL system, customized to their specific requirements.

The diverse nature of our clientele means that their needs will vary, ranging from simple lead management using pipelines to more complex processes involving funnels and automation.

Tasks (non-exhaustive list):

Configure user access and permissions, ensuring restricted access to sensitive financial data.
Set up and customize pipelines to streamline lead management.
Facilitate the smooth importation of contacts into the GHL system.
Create tailored funnels to align with our unique business processes.
Develop engaging landing pages to enhance lead conversion.
Assist in implementing phone numbers.
Design and implement email and SMS automation workflows.
Create chatbots to facilitate seamless customer interactions.

In summary, we are on the lookout for an experienced GHL expert who can not only set up the system to suit our specific needs but also guide us in its proficient use. This collaboration is pivotal in ensuring that our Sales Team and external partners can maximize the potential of GHL to drive our business forward.
