Zero Company Performance Marketing is seeking a talented Google Ads Expert to join our growing Account Manager team. In this role, you will partner closely with our Account Managers and clients to build, optimize, and manage successful Google Ads campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with client business goals
- Set up, configure, and optimize Google Ads accounts to maximize performance
- Create high-quality text and responsive display ads
- Work with an internal designer to create highly engaging image ads
- Leverage advanced Google Ads features like automated bidding strategies, extensions, and remarketing
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads updates, features, and best practices
- Clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads interface, settings, and advanced features
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and digital analytics
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience optimizing for key outcomes including lead generation and e-commerce
- Google Ads certifications a plus
