We are seeking a Customer Service and Inbound Sales Specialists to join our dynamic National Executive Service Team (NEST). As a Customer Service and Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the United States of America.
Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, selling our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will interact with customers via phone call, online chat, video chat, and email, providing prompt and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with US customers, aiding and resolving their queries promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure efficient customer support operations.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service and sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficient in using chat and email as communication channels.
• Flexible availability (work during night hours and/or weekends). It is a "graveyard" night shift position.
• Reliable internet, power supply, PC, headsets.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree is preferred.
• Must pass background check.
