**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, highly organized, a people person, and creative in their approach to financial management.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Approve invoices and maintain a well-organized financial record.
- Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure accuracy.
- Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors.
- Develop and monitor internal controls and company policies.
- Manage debt, collections, and compliance with legal, financial, and tax regulations.
- Conduct internal financial reporting and analysis.
- Process payroll efficiently.
- Provide day-to-day management of accounting staff.
- Serve as the primary user contact for accounting technology systems.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies.
- Set up and manage bank accounts.
- Supervise bank reconciliations.
- Implement change management initiatives to capture efficiencies and incremental revenue.
- Oversee risk management, including insurance, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity.
