Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven SEO expert who will optimize our website to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords that align with our product offerings and target audience.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize product listings, category pages, and other website elements for search engines. This includes optimizing meta tags, headers, images, and content to improve organic rankings.
3. Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is technically sound for SEO, including addressing issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
5. Link Building: Build and manage an effective backlink strategy to increase domain authority and enhance search engine rankings.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Use SEO tools like Semrush and analytics platforms to track and report on key performance indicators, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and keyword rankings. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in e-commerce SEO with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithms and industry trends.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Google Analytics and SEO certifications are a plus.
