Regional Operations Analyst

We are a global software firm providing service to companies worldwide, seeking a professional, team-oriented and energetic individual for an sales analyst position within our Western North America division. We are looking for a motivated employee with great communication skills and problem solving abilities who wants to grow with a successful company.

Basic Job Specs

*Compile sales Trend Reports on a weekly basis
*Provide weekly status report to Channel Programs Manager
*Web research for partner alliance platforms, submission of research reports
*Assist with client implementations as needed
*Maintain regular communication with regional partners to maintain relations and share feedback.
*Familiarity with or competence level equivalent in Outlook, Excel, SalesForce, and internal expense management system

Criterion

* You will enjoy working as part of a lively, friendly team and will be interested in playing a key role in team meetings, training and off-site presentations to clients.
* Will be computer literate and will be able to do their own typing and case preparation.
* Must be highly organised, systematic, diligent, professional
* Able to deliver clear and concise written advice
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail is essential

Must be extremely organized, work well independently and have excellent communication skills. University degree required (minimum bachelor or equivalent), plus minimum of 1 year professional work experience. Must have native-level English language skills (written and verbal).
