We are an Australian based, family owned company that requires a Finance, Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant in fulltime position. We have a happy work environment and promote a positive work culture with all our employees.
You will be required to work closely with our Company Accountant as well as support for other general administration tasks. All initial training would be provided. You will be required to work independently on tasks.
This could include:
BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTS
• Bank and Credit card reconciliations
• Process and enter Hubdoc receipts
• Review and enter all non-project related invoices into Xero
• Prepare weekly payments to creditors
• Outstanding debtor follow-up –
• Reconciliation of accounts payable with supplier invoices
• General ledger processing
• Basic bookkeeping tasks & support to Accountant
• Insurance Policy renewals through brokers – update & maintenance
• Credit Applications for debtors & creditors & Annual reviews
• Monitor and track paperwork/customs for incoming shipments from Overseas suppliers
Weekly Payroll - Xero
BAS (monthly submission of BAS to Tax Department)
ADMINISTRATION
• Motor vehicle maintenance/Insurance Policy renewals
• E-tags, toll tags/Petrol cards maintenance and processing for all Company Vehicles
• General letters/spreadsheets/docs – As required
• General E-filing and reports as required
• Backup Phone answering, Customer Service
• Weekly staff meetings and minutes
• Overseas/International payments
Hours required:
Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm (AEST)
