AI Developer - Machine Learning - ChatGPT API Experience

We are a leading E-commerce and Direct Response Marketing firm, operating across a diverse portfolio of brands and revenue channels. We are actively seeking an AI Developer with expertise in OpenAPI and various machine learning platforms. The primary goal of this role is to elevate our lead generation efforts, fine-tune our marketing approaches, and make a significant impact on our business expansion and innovation.

The AI Developer will be chiefly responsible for integrating, adapting, and launching AI-based conversational tools and machine learning algorithms. This role aims to enhance and execute intelligent, data-backed marketing initiatives across various platforms.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- API and Platform Integration: Lead the integration of ChatGPT and other conversational models, as well as machine learning algorithms, into an existing Laravel-based platform that tracks inventory, sales, list management (email campaigns) and other revenue streams
- Model Customization & Training: Fine-tune ChatGPT models and machine learning algorithms to align with the specific needs of multiple brands and revenue streams. Experience with platforms beyond OpenAI, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is a plus.
- User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive conversational interfaces and optimize user interactions across platforms.
- Data Analytics & Interpretation: Analyze conversational and machine learning model data to identify optimization areas and avenues for new features or capabilities.
- Business Alignment: Ensure AI and ML initiatives are in harmony with overall business objectives and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Automation & Scaling: Develop strategies to automate and scale AI and ML solutions across various customer interaction channels like web, mobile apps, and social media.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI and ML models, adjusting as necessary to improve accuracy, user satisfaction, and business KPIs.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in AI and ML implementations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Interface with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to integrate AI and ML solutions seamlessly into broader business strategies.
- Documentation: Keep meticulous records of model architectures, algorithms, code bases, and API integrations for future reference and debugging.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in AI and Machine Learning development. Prior experience with ChatGPT API and other AI platforms like TensorFlow or PyTorch is highly beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and ML, such as Python. Expertise in API integrations, cloud services, and a variety of AI and ML platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data analytics for evaluating complex data sets and making informed decisions on model performance and enhancements.

RATE / SALARY
- Base rate $5.00 - $7.00 per hour depending on experience, communication, and dedication to the team, company, and its assets. This is Full Time and we would expect you to keep the focus on our company and projects 100%
** The potential for a full-time salaried position is also possible with the 13th month **
- Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 pm-3:00 am PST (8 am-3 pm AST/EST). Hours can be flexible but availability from 10 pm - 12 am PST is required.
- Payments: Bi-monthly via [Upgrade to see actual info](Upgrade to see actual info) direct deposit to your bank. Hourly Time tracking via HubStaff or Upgrade to see actual infoitially the first 2-3 weeks, payments will be made via PayPal. Once onboarding is complete, we will move to weekly/bi-weekly bank direct deposits.
