Full-Time Dispatch/Admin manager/Project managment

We are currently searching for two positions of Admin assistant. We are looking for a long-term relationship and someone who wants full-time work. I have run this business in San Diego, California for 24 years and am the owner and we are excited to hire someone who will become part of our family.

We use programs such as Outlook, Teams, Connectwise, and a lot more.

We are a total of 10 people and great to work with because we are friendly and kind to each other. We add needs to also fit in our culture, which includes:

1. !!!!!Must speak next to excellent English!!!!!! Because you will be answering the phone. I cannot express the need for near-
perfect English enough. We will be asking for an audio file of your voice before we interview, and if it's not excellent
English, we cannot choose you, sadly.

6. Open to suggestions, easy communications
7. Most of us really love music and chat about fun things we are doing on our Microsoft Team's board.
8. Be willing to share your suggestions and new ideas you may have.
9. Must be able to write well and Correct English communication nearly perfectly.
10. I wish we didn't have to be so picky with the English language however, we must because our customers need to feel understood 100%.
11.) If you have MSP experience, please indicate that in the subject line of your reply as well because that's a huge plus. Also, feel free to tell us all about your MSP experience and what MSP software you are familiar with.
12.) It would also be another plus if you could handle SEO stuff such as Click funnel support, Knowledge of social media marketing, and be able to juggle things while doing Dispatch as well. Please indicate this as well when replying so we understand your level of Knowledge around Lead generation.
