JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented to build websites from the ground up and design creative and dynamic headers and sales banners. We need a Virtual Assistant/Web Developer that has the Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience to Design, Create, Update and Maintain a Variety of Websites and Blogs for our Legal Education & Training Company

The right person for this job is experienced in creating and maintaining websites and blogs, including SEO, social bookmarking and keyword research. Your role will be to maintain and oversee ALL technical and graphic aspects of our online products and services. You will work closely with the CEO to design, implement, and enhance our online presence, web applications, interfaces and databases. Ideally, your knowledge, experience and advanced skills in website design and web merchant activities (selling products & services online) would allow you to complete the following tasks:

Website Design & Set Up
• Easily Design, Set up and Develop Wordpress (Torski Template) Websites with Blogs
• Create Landing Pages, Websites - 3-5 pages, connecting 1Shopping Cart (also have the cart communicate to the fulfillment house), Auto Responders & Creating banner Ads
• To set up emails/auto-responders
• To have the data go from our pages (server) (name, email etc) and to the autoresponder and then back to the web site.
• The pages have to be OK in ALL the browsers, IE - 5, 6, 7, 8, Firefox 2, 3, etc., etc.
• To have all their data collected/stored in our database.
• Set up split testing using software that we have so we can split test headlines/buttons/ and certain components of our pages.
• Set up all the tracking so we can see the conversions from landing page to sales page or what ever we are trying and split testing.
• Create banners (Photoshop) for media buys, loading banners up onto our adserver, as well as doing email creatives.
• Update and Maintain Our Web Sites & Blogs (We will provide all the Data and Copy)

Other desirable skills include advanced English speaking/writing skills, knowledge of internet marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, Social Media, graphics, video, web pages, Power Point, Keynote, and the ability to learn new systems and internet marketing techniques such as:
• Submit and Distribute Articles to Article Directories
• SEO & Keyword Research including Link & List Building
• Managing Our Social Marketing including Submitting & Distributing Our Blogs, Blog Comments, Daily Updates and Forum Posts, etc.
• Editing Simple Video & Audio
• Develop & Maintain a Membership based website, database management and integration Affiliate Promotion website, and Installation (highly desirable skill)

We are looking for one full-time assistant. You will need to own a reliable computer with an excellent Internet connection. We will communicate frequently, especially at the beginning of each project, often daily or every other day to make sure that you have all the support and information that you need. We need someone that can learn quickly and take assigned projects and deliver them in a quick time frame to us. This is a great opportunity for advancement for an honest, reliable and hard-working person who can work independently for a minimum of 8 hrs per day for 5 days per week and will see this as a career.
