Certified Quickbooks Online/Sage 50/Buildium Fulltime Bookkeeper

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper with Sage 50/Quickbooks Online Certified Experienced
Resume needs to be attached with references and the QBO certificate

MUST HAVE at least 3 years experience in full cycle bookkeeping working in either Quickbooks online or Sage 50

-Experienced and Certified in Quickbooks Online and Sage 50-must produce Certificate
-Experienced in Buildium or Loop software an asset
-Experienced in Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Asana
-Excellent English written and verbal is a must. Clear Communication
-Highly organized and detail orientated
-Previous Experience in bookkeeping for Rentals and Airbnb's needed
-High level of accuracy
-Problem solver
-Willingness to learn


Responsibilities:
-Bank, Line of Credit and Credit Card Reconciliations
-Accounts payable entries with GST
-Accounts receivables with GST
-Coding transactions from bank feeds
-Expense and classes allocations
-Income and Sales entries
-Journal entries
-Financial Statements-P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow-Must be able to explain each one and what they do
-Handle numerous clients


Must have:
-3 years previous Full cycle bookkeeping experience
-Fast internet speed
-Computer and private work space
-Provide previous work references that can be contacted
-Canadian firm
