We are a US-based company and we are looking for Appointment Setters!

As an Appointment Setters, you will be responsible for initiating and managing interactions with prospects to secure appointments for our clients. Your great English communication skills in both written and spoken, will be important in engaging prospects across various platforms, including social media, emails, SMS, and in some cases occasional calls. Your tech-savviness will also enable you to navigate different tools and systems seamlessly and follow a process that is given by your client.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engagement and Communication: Initiate conversations with potential clients through various communication channels such as social media platforms, emails, SMS, and calls, showcasing exceptional English communication skills to create interest and curiosity about our services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Strategically schedule appointments for our sales team/clients, considering time zones, client preferences, and availability, while maintaining an organized and efficient calendar.
• Lead Management: Keep accurate records of interactions, prospect information, and appointment details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team/Client to ensure seamless communication and handoff of appointments and provide them with essential background information.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, services, and competitors to engage prospects with relevant and timely information.

Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
• experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email communication, SMS, and basic call handling.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Professional demeanor and persuasive communication style.
