SEO Specialist Freelancer

Work Hours: Monday through Friday; at least 20 hours per week; Shift may be required to start as early as 4 AM PH time.

A leading performance marketing agency based outside of Baltimore MD is seeking an experienced SEO freelancer to support an existing team by taking on additional/overflow work.
You will be working alongside the team, supporting ongoing SEO work for specific clients, optimizing pages, conducting keyword and competitive research, and organizing your output to be shared with the client.

Qualifications:
Minimum experience of 2 years in Search Engine Optimization
Deep understanding of current trends in Google algorithms and ranking signals
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and relevant SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc)
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Experience in project management tools like Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, Jira, etc.
Experience helping B2b businesses a plus

Duties:
Conduct keyword research
Identify leverage points for increasing performance
Develop SEO content strategy
Optimize on-page SEO content
Report on SEO progress (increased rankings, traffic, conversions)
Utilize AI to develop new “draft versions” of content (e.g., blog content)
