Bookkeeper/Financial Coordinator

We are seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper/Financial Coordinator for a fulltime role. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial coordination. A keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask are key traits we are looking for in potential candidates.



- Handling day-to-day bookkeeping, including the processing and recording of financial transactions
- Creating and maintaining an organized and streamlined accounting system
- Preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Coordinating with tax preparers to ensure compliance
- Performing periodic audits and lead in the resolution of discrepancies
- Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, regulation, and legislation in Australia


- Proven experience in an accounting, bookkeeping or financial coordination role
- Strong familiarity with Xero accounting software like QuickBooks,
- Profound understanding of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience in preparing financial statements and budget reports
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods
- Excellent communication skills and a continuous learning attitude
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification is a plus
