Job Summary:
The Operation Closers Manager is responsible for managing, hiring, training, and motivating the team of sales closers. Their main responsibility is to ensure the successful and timely closure of business-to-business sales deals. The Operation Closers Manager works closely with other department managers such as marketing, finance, and Human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee a team of sales closers, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring teaUpgrade to see actual infombers feel valued, motivated, and supported.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to improve team performance and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and other relevant data to senior management.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales tactics and processes, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to support their professional development.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience managing a team of sales closers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
• Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and tactics.
