Customer Service Support Specialist/Driver Support Specialist

We are an ecommerce retailer seeking experienced Customer Service Support Specialists. Our agents respond to phone calls, text messages, web chats, and emails to assist customers with post order placement support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable and confident speaking and helping customer with the best customer service over the phone, email, text & web Upgrade to see actual infondidate's must have excellent written grammar for email and text. Agents are expected to provide outstanding customer service.

A few more details regarding this role:

1. $400/month
2. 40 hours per week(you would be scheduled 8 hours a day x 5 days a week)
3. Must pay attention to detail, proactive foreseeing potential issues.
4. We operate 365 days a year from 8 am pst(11 pm pht) to 10 pm pst(1 pm pht). In short, we are open 14 hours per day(you would work 8 hours)
