Full Time Project Manager for WordPress & SEO Agency In Canada

We require someone loyal and willing to work with us full time (8 hours a day) to help as a PROJECT MANAGER for our WordPress tasks and also help on assist our SEO team.

You will work directly with the CMO (Tyler) and work as his assistant. We need someone who can respond to messages during the day, right away. We require you to be online during Vancouver, Canada hours (PST-7).

We hope to employ you for many years (decades) if you are the right person.

Experience in WordPress and some knowledge of SEO is required.

Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
1. Keep ClickUp, Outlook Email Accounts, SPP (Ticket Helpdesk) organized and updated continuously. "Touch" each ClickUp task at-least one time per day to ensure the Next Steps are commented and shared with the related teams.
2. Continuously move forward each ClickUp task following the related SOP.
3. Day-to-day checking and handling of project management platforms for the needs of clients (ClickUp, Outlook Email, SPP, and Slack)
4. Manage a team of WP developers, SEO team, and graphic team. This includes setting teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings, and leading the team, and directly reporting to your manager.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns they may have. This is done mostly through messaging on SPP, Email and Slack; strategy calls on Zoom and emailing select few
clients.
6. Execute effective quality assurance and control for all client delivery / team outputs.
7. Ensure revisions and requests from clients and internal team are acknowledged and attended to in a timely manner. Ensure clients feel supported.
8. Ensure that individual client needs are identified and recognized and that these needs are sufficiently and consistently met through thorough research, tailoring of content to the clients' industries, correct usage of branding, etc.
