REAL ESTATE CAREER OPENING!! HIC DEALS IS SEEKING A SALES PROFESSIONAL!

A Real Estate Sales Professional works directly with buyers by handling phone calls and emails and SMS, inside your CRM.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, aggressive, resourceful, innovative, trust-worthy, patient, and persistent. This position requires immense levels of critical thinking, problem-solving skills, STRONG English comprehension, and analysis. You will actively work to build connections with new buyers.

If you have made it this far, we work from 9AM to 6:30PM Eastern Standard Time. Everyone is entitled to a one hour break from 12PM to 1PM. The days we work are from Monday through Friday. We are also looking for someone who able to understand our needs and able to communicate since you will be working side by side with Clients. We are not requiring any Real Estate Experience, but we are asking for someone to have the ability to learn the material as given. The terms of salary are negotiable and you are able to seek commission based off your performance!!!! This is a one time chance. Do not apply if you currently have another job.

Responsibilities:
Selling residential real estate properties
Negotiate with investors
Have knowledge of preparation of each property deal
Ability to operate under pressure
Manage CRMs
Work alongside with brokers/realtors
Using social media platforms
Compose Professional SMS and Emails
