Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Project Manager and Office Manager)

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant at Central Coast Moving & Storage, you will play a crucial role in managing various projects and assisting with office management tasks. You will be responsible for handling online payments, communication with teams, clients, and vendors, managing the moving CRM, coordinating repairmen for damage claims, assisting with social media posts, and supporting upper management with meeting scheduling. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and be detail-oriented will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Online Payments:
Process online payments from teams and clients.
Ensure accuracy and timely recording of Upgrade to see actual infomunication Management:
Send texts and emails using predefined templates to follow up on open invoices and happy move day Upgrade to see actual infoeck in with moving crews multiple times a day to ensure smooth operations.
Follow up with clients after they have moved with us to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Moving CRM Management:
Use the Smart Moving CRM to record and track essential data related to moving projects.
Ensure the CRM is up-to-date and accurate.
Bonus System Recording:
Record and maintain data for the company's bonus system accurately.
Asana Goal Tracking:
Work in Asana to track and update project goals and progress.
Report Facilitation:
Prepare and facilitate reports for meetings as needed.
Record meeting notes and action lists for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Social Media Assistance:
Support in creating and scheduling social media posts, in line with the company's branding and strategy.
Process and System Development:
Create and implement efficient systems and processes for project management and office tasks.
Continuously improve existing processes to enhance productivity.
Damage Claims Coordination:
Assist in handling damage claims, including coordinating repairmen from the company's list of vendors.
Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of damage claims.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve issues for unhappy clients promptly and Upgrade to see actual infoek appropriate solutions to ensure customer Upgrade to see actual infoeting Scheduling:
Schedule meetings with upper management when necessary, keeping track of their availability and preferences.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in project management or office management roles.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using various software tools, including CRM systems (Smart Moving), Asana, and social media Upgrade to see actual infotail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data recording.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the moving and storage industry is a plus.
