We are based in the United States and manage Upgrade to see actual infopanies send us their projects, we analyze the requirement and then we write a project plan for them.

We have an immediate opening for Project assistant. Your primary task is to read and understand general project documents, sort and organize them. You'll also prepare proposals based on the direction from your management. This job is not only clerical; it requires you to read and understand documents, analyze them, and write about them, follow up with customers, and requires a detailed oriented approach.

General hours: Graveyard shift 8:00am - 5pm US Pacific Time every day. There will be some work required outside of this hours and your days may be shorter or longer. You must be flexible outside of this hours as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-EXCEPTIONALLY SHARP, PROACTIVE, PUNCTUAL, DETAILED-ORIENTED, AND ORGANIZED
-Expert in English writing.
-Strong internet skills (Searching online, Internet, Shopping online, etc).
-Expert in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Acrobat PDF.
-Minimum 3 year experience in administrative role, engineering, paralegal / legal associate, project assistant, proposal preparation, or similar.
-"Get things done" Attitude.
-Be able to track tasks to completion
-Able to work under time pressure/deadlines.

TASK EXAMPLES (Include but not limited to):

-Customer communication, document organization. Summarize the requirement.
-Heavy draft of Letters, Proofread, Check and reply to emails.
-Ensure all communication is entered in to the Customer Management Software.
-Answer phone, make calls, remind executives about the daily tasks, follow up with customers, and similar tasks.
-Draft general correspondence, including letters, memos, emails, and reports.
-Perform other tasks as required.
