JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Real Estate Video and Social Media Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for editing real estate videos and podcast episodes for our YouTube channel and other social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and executing daily posts, as well as assisting with other marketing tasks as needed. This position requires on-camera work, so a good internet connection is essential.

Responsibilities:

Edit real estate videos and podcast episodes to ensure high-quality content
Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of the videos/podcasts
Ensure a smooth flow and seamless transitions between segments
Optimize video and audio quality for various social media platforms
Manage our YouTube channel and other social media accounts
Plan and create daily posts to engage our audience and promote our content
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media marketing strategies
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media marketing
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed, such as content creation and campaign coordination
Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing and podcast editing, preferably in the real estate or related industry
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Familiarity with audio editing software, such as Audacity or Adobe Audition
Strong creative and storytelling skills to produce engaging and captivating content
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media marketing strategies
Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Comfortable working on camera and presenting yourself professionally
Reliable internet connection to ensure smooth video conferencing and online work
Basic knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends is a plus
Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and you will work from your own location
You will be required to work on camera for video content creation
The position may involve working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines
Collaboration with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers will primarily be done through online communication channels
