The Role - Operations Admin Assistant

What You Will Do
As an Operations Admin Assistant, you will support our Operations team's day to day tasks. Some of these include the below:
*Assisting with the creation of opportunities, quotes, and proposals
*Taking ownership of the Opportunities module of ConnectWise—following up with account managers and Solutions team, cleaning up stale and old records, with a laser-focus on ensuring we have accurate opportunity data at all times.
*Assisting with statusing, de-duplication, scheduling, and organization of the Account Management board in ConnectWise.
*Creating simple quotes for basic hardware from start to finish and send to Account Managers for review
*Entering weekly metrics for all Operations departments at the beginning of each week (Solutions, Account Management, and Service Delivery) prior to 2:00 PM CT Monday
*Preparing Technology Business Review documents on behalf of Account Managers at least 1 week prior to scheduled TBRs and sending these to the Account Managers for final review.
*Handling all ConnectActive user reconciliation tickets and updating agreements when necessary.
*Handling all SSL Cert/Domain Renewal tickets and escalating to Service Delivery once complete.
*Handling all regular recruiting duties, including statusing applicants, scheduling interviews, follow-up internally and externally, testing and assessments, and applicant process flow.

This position is virtual (remote). All MB teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are eligible for paid US holidays and 15 days of paid time off per year.
